PRINTING A FILE
When viewing an individual report, simply press P to print.
You may have to adjust your printer to allow for margins as no margins
have been set up in the report files. Margins would have made editing
of the files in a word processor a little more difficult.
USING A WORD PROCESSOR
To load a particular report in your word processor for
further formating and printing, simply load the relevant
file with the .txt extension. This is an ASCII file.
